We stayed at the end of August for 9 nights. Fiveroads campsite in Alyth, nr Blairgowrie and the Angus Glens, Scotland. A lovely quiet campsite which provides a good base for touring.
The site owners are nice and friendly. There is a newspaper and sandwich service, a small play park, recycling facilities and very clean toilet and shower facilities.
A quiet peaceful break in Alyth, Tayside,close to the Angus glens in the heart of Scotland with a choice of places to eat in the local village, which has plenty of small shops.

Spent two nights in a touring caravan at this fantastic site in Alyth, Perthshire Scotland.
The owners couldn't do enough for us. The site was one of the cleanest and well maintained sites we've every visited. Small is indeed beautiful!
Close by is the SSSI Alyth Den. A wonderful gladed walk with or without the family dog.
Plenty of choice for eating out, pubs, hotels and cafes in town along with local golf courses.
Strongly recommend, we certainly can't wait to go back.
