An ideal situation from which to ski Glenshee, tour Royal Deeside, walk the Perthshire and Angus Glens and climb Munroes.
Birdwatching, angling, fishing along with horseriding and Golf at Rosemount are readily available.

Bedroom with comfortable double bed.

Full gas central heating throughout.

Bedlinen and towels supplied.

Patio, garden furniture, barbecue area and private parking.

Easter, Whit, June to September.	£275.00
July, August, Christmas, New Year	£350.00
All other dates	£250.00

A £50.00 non refundable deposit is required for the holiday cottage at time of booking and final payment must be made 4 weeks before arrival date. When a cancellation is made more than 4 weeks before arrival date, the final payment will be waived. However if less than 4 weeks notice is given, the whole amount remains payable.
In the event that the apartment can be relet then the full amount (less deposit) will be refunded.

Use of 2 acres of garden with patio area and barbeque facilites.

Golf
The Scottish championship courses Rosemount and Lansdowne Blairgowrie five minutes drive.
Forty golf courses including the famous Carnoustie, St.Andrews, Downfield and Gleneagles within one hours drive.
Golf, bird watching, walks, fishing / angling and horse riding are available.
