More recently the present farmhouse, stone outbuildings and
mill together with several acres of surrounding land were purchased by
the present owners David and Margaret Young from the Invercauld Estate.
The Farmhouse had been unoccupied for some time prior to purchase and was in need of complete renovation and it is hoped the renovation of the remaining buildings and surrounding area will follow |

in Loch Beanie for Wild Brown Trout. Salmon fishing in the River Shee behind the farmhouse can be arranged. Visit distilleries, Royal Lochnagar, Edradour, Grouse Experience at Crieff and see scotch whisky being produced. |

Perth is the home to
the legendary Black Watch Regiment, only a one hour drive south. |
Walking and climbing Munros in Glenshee, Angus glens, Glenisla and walk the Perthshire hills and Cateran Trail. |

Farmstay on our working farm with a fold of Highland Cattle and a small flock of Blackface Sheep. The 'house dogs' Mysti and Anni welcome each guest with a friendly bark and the two farm dogs Skye and Coll love company. They are equally at home playing with children or working with sheep |
