house nestles at the foot of Duchray hill 3/4 of a mile from the main
A93,
halfway between Braemar and Blairgowrie and only 1.5 miles south of the Spittal
of Glenshee.
The farmhouse accommodation consists
of two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room
and
one twin room with
private bathroom.
All
rooms are centrally heated.
Braemar, the
world-famous Braemar Gathering is held each year on the first
Saturday
of
September and normally attracts the Royal family as well as some well-known
faces.
Many highland games also
take place in the area.

The Farmhouse had been unoccupied for some time prior to purchase and was in need of complete
renovation and it is hoped the renovation of the remaining buildings and surrounding area will follow
for Wild Brown Trout.
Salmon fishing in the River Shee behind the farmhouse can be arranged.
