run Guest House with private parking situated on the A94 approximately 
10 minutes scenic walk over the River Tay from Perth City Centre. 
Accommodation is ideally located for Perth Races, Scone Palace. Golf at Rosemount, 
Blairgowrie, Murrayshall, Perth, St. Andrews, Gleneagles, Crieff, Pitlochry Golf Course. 
Our bed and breakfast is convenient for gardens, woodland walks, touring central,
north and east of Scotland.
